Questionnaires is been used to do the consumer research to figure out the problem for the poor sales in China and point out why do Chinese people like iPhone.
The first step is designing the questions for consumer’s basic information, such as gender, occupation. The following step is going to ask something about iPhone’s usage, how many percent of people expect to own an iPhone and does the shortage of Internet in China make any influence when they make the decision to choose an iPhone.
