4. Ethics
One of the most important ethical issues in the proposed project is to protect the confidential information of the target participants. In order to protect the participants, there is a consent form going to be involved in each interview. As a market researcher, to understand the importance of keeping the respondents as voluntary and anonymous is essential. Beside this, there is hardly any other obvious ethical problem in this research project since the topic of this research is not a sensitive topic such as political crisis or racism.

In general, the project manager and the assistant will follow the basic ethical standards in market research studies. Firstly, to give the participants a clear and correct identification of the interviewer and the purpose of this research project, including the information about what type of questions are included in the questionnaire. Secondly, provide a consent form and the right to their privacy to the participants.
