Importance of Single Extruder
The primary function of this single extruder is to create stress within the softening of polymer. The polymer is then extruded solely by the die. Many of those single-screw extruders are plasticized as a result of the strong resin balls or powders dissolved within the screw when stressed. These are used in the plastics industry for polymer melting.
