Are you getting a voice from Tap air Portugal dialler which say press 1 and press 2 and soon and after listening all options you tap on option which directly connects you to official team but multiple passenger call is already in queue and after a minute you unable to join with live person and queries remain unanswered regarding on Negative RT-PCR report,Thermal screening , Temperature checking, if have been in china for more than 14 days. and looking for how do I speak to someone at TAP Portugal?
