You follow the Marsyangdi River Valley from the start of the Annapurna Circuit with Tilicho Lake and only the Annapurna Circuit Trek. These are adventurous and long treks in Nepal, but you can also complete Thorong La Pass in 9 days as a short Annapurna Circuit Trek from Dharapani to Muktinath if you do not have many days.
