Veterans Employment, Rehabilitation, and Training Programs

Specially designed programs to facilitate the social and economic reintegration of veterans have helped many to adapt to civilian life by providing employment, rehabilitation, and training during and after their military service: The VA’s VR&E program, combined with the GI Bill, helps to ease veterans’ transition into post-military life by offering job placement, skill training and healthcare, including treatment for PTSD and a lack of civilian skills.
