The Certified Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is a course that can explain the principles and philosophies of Six Sigma, including support systems and tools. A Black Belt must demonstrate team leadership, understand group dynamics, and assign roles and responsibilities to team members.

Six Sigma Black Belt Certification has a deep understanding of the concepts of the DMAIC model, in accordance with the principles of Six Sigma. They have a basic understanding of Lean business concepts, are able to identify non-value-added elements and activities, and are able to use specific tools for their tasks.

REQUIREMENTS AND CONSIDERATIONS
• The Six Sigma Black Belt requires two completed projects with the sponsor-approved statement.
• In case of having only one completed project, it is required to have at least three years of experience in one or more areas of the Six Sigma Body of Knowledge.
