How Does United Airlines Boarding Groups Works?
United Airlines has an organized system for boarding flights, which is divided into several groups. The process starts with the pre-boarding of passengers with disabilities, families with young children, and selected frequent flyers. After that, passengers are boarded in the order of their United Airlines Boarding Group number, which is printed on their boarding pass. United has 5 boarding groups: Group 1 consists of premium cabin passengers and those with high-tier MileagePlus status, while Group 2 includes other premium services like United Club members. Groups 3 to 5 are for general passengers, starting with the most expensive tickets and ending with basic economy passengers.
