Practice shows that the government's control over education will only lead to a further shortage of education supply and further aggravate the contradiction between supply and demand. Only by opening up the non-government diversified schools will there be ample supply of education. The hierarchical nature of the administrative structure of the government will in turn cause the advantages and disadvantages of the educational resources it controls and the unbalanced distribution of educational resources. As a result, efforts to solve the education equilibrium in the recent 10 years have not been completely resolved.
