As we have manufactured ten thousands of polyurethane roller since 1996, we gained much experience of sandblasting, surface cleaning, adhesive spraying and casting. We build up a tight operator procedures to control over 15 procedures of bonding process. Most of surface pre-treating procedures are operated manually instead of machine to assure fully treatment.
