• To ensure that our responsibility of care remains top-quality, we only work with highly skilled disability support staff as well as community and aged care caregivers. We require NDIS Clearance and workers' screening and, at minimum, Cert qualifications for them to fulfill risk assessment roles. Many support workers have years of care giving experience for family members. This means they have a comprehension of the essential requirements of the participant and the primary caregiver. [more]
